Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship through Blue Dart, DTDC, FedEx, Ekart, and Delhivery. Shipping charges are auto-calculated based on weight and destination. Typical delivery: 1-6 business days.
International Shipping
Primary carrier: UPS. Also available: FedEx and DHL upon request. Starting at $20 USD. Typical delivery: 2-8 business days.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable in their country. If a shipment is refused, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery Time
- Domestic (Blue Dart/Ecom Express/FedEx): 1-7 days
- International (UPS): 2-10 days
- Speed Post: 2-10 days
- EMS Speed Post: 5-20 days
Warranty & Out of Warranty
All products carry a minimum 15-day warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. Report issues with photos to our support team. Free replacement or repair with prepaid return shipping. If the product is out of stock, a 100% refund will be issued.
Exclusions: Misuse, static discharge damage, neglect, accidents, modifications, or soldering. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
100% Refund/Replacement Offer
Report any defects within 5 days of delivery. Our technical team will verify the issue visually and issue an RMA number. Defective products will be replaced with prepaid shipping or a 100% refund if out of stock.
Changing or Cancelling An Order
Contact us by email to change or cancel an order. We respond within one business day. Only orders with "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status can be altered or cancelled. Cancellations may incur 2%-3% bank processing charges.
Limits of Responsibility
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation. Please observe electrical polarity and follow product documentation.
Return Guidelines
An RMA number will be issued after confirming the product is unrepairable. Do not write on merchandise packaging. Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 business days. Always include the original packing list with returns.
